Chen Aihua currently serves as the Director of Audit Department of Sinochem Holdings.

Chen Aihua joined Sinochem Group’s subsidiary Sinochem Plastics Company in 1994 and worked in various positions within the fields of asset management, risk management, risk process qualification, and compliance among others. From December 2016 to March 2018, she was Deputy Director of the Audit & Compliance Department of Sinochem Group, and from March 2018 to June 2021 as Director of the same department. After the establishment of Sinochem Holdings, she continued to work as Director of the Audit Department.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Polymeric Materials from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
 

Gigi Anne Hoh is the Head of Legal for Syngenta Group and General Counsel for Syngenta Group China. She joined Syngenta Group in 2005 as Asia Pacific Regional Counsel. From 2008 she was Associate General Counsel for Crop Protection at Syngenta Group’s headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, before again holding the position of Asia Pacific Regional Counsel from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, she was appointed Head of Compliance and Risk Management as well as Head of Legal Strategic Projects in China, supporting the listing of Syngenta Group.

Prior to joining Syngenta Group, Gigi Anne Hoh served as Asia Pacific Regional Legal Counsel at Huntsman from 2001 to 2004 and held the role of Asia Pacific Regional Legal Counsel at NCR Corporation from 1998 to 2001.

Gigi Anne Hoh is a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in the UK and is also admitted to practice at the Singapore Bar. She holds an LLB (Hons) law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Tianwei Yang joined Syngenta Group in April 2020 as Head of Corporate Finance China. Prior to joining Syngenta Group, he was Deputy CFO at Sinochem Energy. Previous to that, Tianwei Yang served as Deputy Tax Manager of the Accounting Department at Sinochem Group, Assistant General Manager of the Finance Department at Sinochem Petroleum Exploration & Production, and Vice CFO and CFO of Emerald Energy PLC Columbia. Before joining Sinochem Group, he held the positions of Tax Manager at RSM China and Tax Manager at PwC China.

Tianwei Yang graduated from Portobello College Dublin in 2003 with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
