Mr. Li Tian was appointed as Syngenta Group Director in June 2026. Mr. Li has been serving as the Chief Accountant at Sinochem Holdings since May 2026. He has extensive experience in audit, compliance and financial management.

From July 2023 to May 2026, Mr. Li held the positions of the Chief Accountant, General Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at China Grain Reserves Corporation (Sinograin). He also served for multiple roles responsible for accounting and financial management at China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group) and its subsidiaries from 1997 to 2020, where he acted as the chief accountant of Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation, a subsidiary of China Petrochemical Corporation which is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600871) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 01033). From January 2020 to July 2023, he served as the general manager of financial assets department and general manager of marketing department at China Oil & Gas Piping Network Corporation (Pipe China).

Mr. Li has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics (China).
