Nelson Jiang was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2026. Prior to joining Syngenta Group, he served as Chairman and CEO of Sinochem Capital Ltd. Previously, he spent 17 years as CFO and Executive Director of China Jinmao Holding Group Ltd., where he led the successful IPO of China Jinmao on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Before that, he was Treasurer of Sinochem Hong Kong Company Limited and Deputy Manager and Accountant at Sinochem Head Office.

Nelson holds a master’s degree in finance from Central University of Finance and Economics in China and a bachelor’s degree in finance from China Institute of Finance. He is an associate member of the Association of International Accountants.
